Neil opens again with these major bullet points:

- All projects attractive to development capital & large partners
- News flow from all 3 projects in short term
And for me, another highlight point:
100% ownership of assets- gives us optionality to sell down/sell otf/partners of our choice
The video of the QLD ATP 2044 asset was visually interesting but annoying music overlay and no explanatory commentary....which then puts the onus on the viewer that they have assumed knowledge of locational advantage etc....anyway, that's just a minor gripe
In all...Neil was on form....but clearly annoyed the ASX muppets haven't released the TH & news as they should have
