Less than 20% increase in shares, allowing them to seriously test the graphite opportunity in a highly prospective area and a market that is about to become very relevant.
Much prefer them to do this, than do a limited amount of drilling with current cash reserves and have to wait another 12 months with access to do more drilling.
Properly tests these targets now, and if they are successful, and sugarloaf mets are favorable, this raise will not even be relevant.
