Yes, I am cynical and skeptical, I have been here for far too many years, and heard far too many promises. I have been naive by holding so long and thinking it can't go much lower -"I am in blood / Stepped in so far that should I wade no more, / Returning were as tedious as go o'er"

I can see both "sides" are desperate to have control, their respective reasons are more opaque.

I have been struck by all the recent activity by the company to accelerate commercial progress that based on past promises should have been achieved long ago. I may be naive in this respect also but I perceive that the focus on board and company performance has shattered the inertia that I previously saw. If they can achieve so much in so little time, makes me wonder not sooner. In general I remain skeptical about most boards and generally believe they bring more failure than success. Get out of the way and let the technology prevail.
