Re whether it's good or bad, I suppose it's an even money bet at this point in time.
On the plus side, you have SV & TH controlling a good chunk of the register, so one would strongly suspect they're not going to dilute unnecessarily or to parties who aren't going to be supportive.
On the minus side is that it's a dilutive event.
However, if it's only for $2m, it really is stuff all dilution, and assuming it goes to the "right " party/ies, can be very positive.
Time, as always, will be the final arbiter.
If i was forced to make a bet though, I'd say SV & TH are too market savvy & have too much at stake to do something detrimental to the company & consequently detrimental to themselves.
Self interest almost always wins out.
