I'm not overly sure but I would assume the whole thing would be redundant if there wasn't anything to gain for the Canadian investor. Perhaps they are able to write the whole amount off the donation off at tax time? but not sure we need to worry about the Canadian investor, if this is the deal it bodes well for WR1
