    CLZ are learning from Bellevue, who just announced they were starting to construct their plant and their SP went from 75c to 90c.(yippy)

    The trouble with CLZ is they need a shot NOW, they cant wait till they actually start construction. They have to have an "approval to construct" announcement because they dont actually anticipate construction till 2037 or there abouts.
