    I did not receive the offer details but can I assume from the speculation as to the purpose of funds that no specific purpose was stated? Hardly normal to put your hand out and not give guidance as to why? More questions than answers as normal. Given we had short term funding in hand then why $2M and why now, supposedly with an MDA about to drop!

    Colour me confused and just a little bit apprehensive!
