Hi, you may well be correct in saying the MDA is unlikely to be signed in November. It is possible that the Malawi government has asked that the financial position of the company be improved prior to the MDA being issued. Currently they are operating on a shoestring with 100k draw downs from the BT facility, hardly a financially stable look. I have no information that says this is the case but they did not need to do this CR right now which makes me think there could be something else that has triggered the timing of this.

Maybe we will know the answer prior to the AGM, lets hope so.
