in my experience the SP always retraces to the CR price. brokers will fill the book to support it. but once the investors who took up the CR exit. It will pull back.
The reason the SP has raised slightly is because they can take the higher average weighted price to reduce the number of shares release.
There will be no cornerstone investor given where the CR is being held. trust me - I've seen it all before (not just AUZ) - It's just how it is.
