That is exactly why I feel now is the time to buy and wait... This was a shell until Hesta and the MOUs came in play... All of a sudden there is outside interest and not to forget execution of these MOUs will need capital... It is under new management who seems to know their Renewables well and business... Unless we are really down on luck, this seems a Go... IMO DYOR
