It doesn't matter what you think RNEO is worth. The market values it at 1.6c now therefore a 1 for 1 free option with a 6c raise gives a net entry of 4.4c. The term sheet clearly states it's a net 4.4c effective entry price. Basic math.
No doubt there will be a lot of placement holders selling the heads at 6c to 6.5c and free carrying the option.
