Hesta should be doing their due diligence to make binding terms and should have announcement soon going through the wordings of that last announcement. Once we get something binding price should stick. Any FA investors looking at the balance sheets and commitments would've known a CR was coming hence the PA.
It was a smart move by Peak to have barely any discount on the price of the heads as it doesn't give much room for CR peeps to sell and "buy back cheaper". Should bounce here imo on lead up to a binding agreement. I don't see the price drifting too low as sticky news is around the corner.
