Sprott and other large instos contributed $20m to the last capital raise on 16c last July. If it's a TO offer, they won't be accepting anything below 20c. As a long term shareholder, I won't be approving anything below 25c either.
If it's a merger proposal, it should be good news for the company as the bargaining power, permitting hurdles and funding structure of the new company would substantially improve, especially if the combined new resource grew to a 5m+ ounce behemoth.
