I don’t really get why Wayne raises cash now at a price below...

I don’t really get why Wayne raises cash now at a price below the 52 week lows. He’s on the record stating the PEN can pivot back into production very quickly so what’s the rush to raise in a a crap macro environment. Wait another 3 - 6 months and see where the market is. U price prob higher and PEN s.p prob higher = less dilution. Hell, wait another 6 - 12 months if necessary. Hope he’s not going to rush in and sign contracts at a lower price to early as well.

Hope I’m wrong but kinda feels like he’s jumped the gun with this raise.
