The stock is following the trend of other U stocks on the ASX so hard to blame some broker, but ruffles my feathers when companies do this (PEN isn't alone here) - if they see a raise on the horizon why do it now and not 3 weeks ago or 2 months ago?

Instead they wait until it's sitting just above support levels, so presumably they will be raising at a discount and diluting more than was necessary.
