this capital raise enables institutions who want a decent sized stake to get in at a discount and any shortfall on their desired position size they can look to buy on the open from any disgruntled holders, if the raise is strongly oversubscribed then there might not be a significant drop and maybe even a positive finish to the day, there is significant incentive for professional investors to get involved now with all the coming news flow and Monday would be a good day to drop drill results imo assuming they are ready.
