You are right mate, another "masterstroke", just as you said when they delayed DFS for a year to catch commodities in an upswing.
Hang on wait, now you are saying it is is a good move to raise because commodities might drop. Wasn't that my consistent reasoning to just release the dam dfs?
So which is it? A master-stroke to delay the dfs incase of raising silver/lead? Or a master-stroke to raise now incase of dropping silver/lead?
