I'd say it is definitely a vote of confidence. When a corner stone investor/customer commits to another million dollar plus share purchase, they certainly know the value of the product.
It looks like they want to secure enough supply so they keep investing. I'm happy to add to my holdings at this price.
Stage 2 will now be funded with this money and cash flow.
