I don't like the discount for the raise. I think they could probably only offer 5% discount to complete this raise for less dilution, but it is what it is. It all depends on whether the capital is allocated properly for future development. But I am happy for SPP as retail investors are given the chance to be part of this raise. This should be the last capital raise and I am pretty sure the patience will eventually pay off here over the next few years.
