In the very short term, who knows, it may or may not be, but I don't really care either way.
If you look back at the history of RNU news announcements over the last 2 years you will find that they come in clumps.
In my opinion DC is very market savvy at timing important news announcements in close proximity to each other to give momentum to the share price - very important in a startup miner.
And as it just so happens, the optimised BAM study is due shortly, binding offtake agreements might not be too far away, and early next year Final Investment Decision and EFA loan confirmation are due.
So a lot of people will be thinking that if they sell after the PEPR, they may well live to regret it a month or two down the track.
