Right, well if this is a full CR despite the 'no significant dilution' comment from Colby then I am afraid to say I no longer have any interest in being a shareholder of this company and will dump 5m shares into the open on Thursday. My hope is that it is just an equity placement as part of a debt deal, but if so, why the hell would the language be "results of a proposed equity raising"?

Utterly appalling example of pure incompetence. I had spoken with Colby on a number of occasions and was promised this was not happening.
