Don't be fooled by the lack of infrastructure in Mongolia, the project is not far from Petro Chinas West /East Pipeline, not that matters you do not have to pipe gas to markets, there are major electrical grids running through the South Gobi that can be tapped into via Gas Power Generators which can be upscaled ie Clarke Energy. 40 % of the energy consumption in Mongolia is consumed from 3 mines, RIO for one would love to stop importing power from China and not have the pressure from the Govt to build a Coal Fired Power Station. I have been heavily into EXR since 2018, but the coals TMK have drilled are unbelievable so makes me think where capital should be allocated. A lot to like about TPD with their PB & Mongolian assets.
