If it is a 100% raise then is a total break in trust (Lies) to the owners of the business. Latest announcement was there may be a small amount of dilution. I am fine with that. I am not fine with lies.

If it is a $10mil raise 100% equity, then that equals approx 15% of market cap. No way is that a small dilution.

I do not accept excuses that it is hard to raise debt as the directors had a choice not to go down that path in their announcements and lie. These directors need to look at shareholders as owners of the business and not cash cows.

If this is a 100% equity raise I will assess on Thursday and try and get out at a break even price. If it is 100% equity this share price will get hammered, my view expect it to go below 10c, possibly down to 8c.

I will try and phone the company today and see what they have to say. I will let you all know if I get any answers.
