CR is only dilution if the cash is wasted or does not achieve the required goal.
It's best to look at EV instead of SOI. With 50 or 60 mil raised cash EV goes up by that amount, now it's up to the Company to turn that cash component into even larger value.
A company without cash is stumped, a company with plenty of cash and a direction to move has the capacity to make SHs richer.
