I was one of the mugs who contributed to the .35c cap raise in the hope to put some cash in the coffers. I knew the price would likely drop, but happy to support the company achieve its long term goals. So no, I am not thrilled with this cap raise and the likelihood of the price falling below .23 cents just a few months later. I will not make the same mistake again the next time IHL invite retail investors to contribute.
