Do you understand what the word '
strategic' means, in 'strategic institutional cap raising'?
If you did, you'd understand that regardless of the fact that we have 33M in the bank... more than 2 years cash ramp at current spending... more cash means more capacity to progress more programs towards commercialisation or asset sale... but MORE IMPORTANTLY, the strategic institutional investor will bring more value to IHL than cash alone.
I want to say this as kindly as possible: you need to understand the meaning of this if you're going to be involved with small caps.
In the corporate world, for a small cap to tell an institutional investor to go buy on the market, when they are coming to you with obvious strategic synergies and an interest in buying a significant amount of shares... it is tantamount to saying "go f**k yourself". As long as the strategic value to the company (in other words, to us shareholders) is real, then Incannex is making the right choice.
You don't know the first thing about whether the strategic value is real, because you've chosen to pronounce your baseless scorn before the information has been released to the market. The only rational people here are the ones who are suspending judgement, in no small part because they know the BOD has demonstrated a keen strategic acumen so far in their long term plan to advance the business towards clinical success, and asset sales.
My concern with you is two fold:
a) it must suck to feel so bitter for literally no reason
b) you're investing money without a sound understanding of the most important information imparted in very clearly worded market releases
No skin off my back, of course: but I hope for your sake that you rethink your approach. It might also help you start bringing some value to this forum.
