If we take a short-term hit/dilution,

BUT have extra $ in the bank
GIVE US some extra cash/immunity whilst we deliver on our programs
PROVES we have Institutional Backing / Support for our BOD

> BOD still working as shareholders for their shareholders
> Displays confidence in the Incannex trial programs
> Big updates coming in Q1 and early to mid-2023, that could give the SP a substantive lift.
