Whilst it seems that this is likely the scenario that will take place come Monday, something about it just doesn't quite add up to me.. You've got some documentation that alludes to this being the main play ahead, so fingers crossed!

Just wondering TV do you happen to know when the bonus options that were given to strategic investor group expire if at all? If their expiry is coming up I think that your above hypothesis is most likely to play out, would be kind of a "use it or lose it" mentality as part of the decision making, Regardless, I hope that this is a bigger play at hand, to issue new shares just to create liquidity on NASDAQ seems a little short term to me, all IMO.

But if said options' expiry is coming soon then that play would totally make sense.
