• This is significant inbound interest – meaning Incannex have been approached & it came out of the blue.
• A small placement will be given, but the investor wanted a lot more.

I'm sure there is a lot of interst for IHL and a lot of Soph's wanting in, but if this raising is indeed at a discount to market then Joel is just fluffing with his response, if it is a premium or indeed at the Vwap for the last 5 days then that would be fair to ALL holders..

If the cash is not needed now(plenty in the kitty) then taking money at a discount will be punished at Joels white knight Armour will be tarnished...

If they did indeed approach then there is noway this warrants any discount...

A few days and the SP will get a good boost or it will get what it deserves..
