Interesting move given the Company has sufficient cash to fund development activity for the short to medium term......unless they are looking at their pathways to success and decided that the best way to deliver quickly is to ramp up the spend.

Even so, with the share price at 0.23 cents, it feels like a very strange time to be issuing more of them.

Will be interesting to see the rationale behind this decision. We know that the management and board are really good at what they do so hopefully the logic stacks up.
