Kev I think you've actually framed up the antithetical argument to yours quite nicely there.
It is an odd occurrence for a company to demonstrate clearly they are financially sound, then only a short while later announce a CR.
On the surface, they appear to be competing sets of facts.
But as always, if you look beyond what's right in front of you and at IHL (and Joel especially) from a historical perspective, you'll see that announcements tend to become clearer over time.
Which to my mind at least, clearly indicates the presence of a vision and a plan to get there.
So without knowing the precise details, I'm more than happy to go on faith with a track record as good as theirs.
Also, the fact the board have huge amounts of skin in the game aligns their interests with shareholders.
Something about always backing a horse called self interest...
