What I said has nothing to do with the right or wrong decision by board. I even mentioned earlier that CR are necessary and its a reality. There's this vibe here where people feel like Management should not be questioned at all when in reality, as a shareholder you have every right to.

And that stupid argument "Management have more than me and you invested" is so lame because most companies are in that position yet heaps go nowhere due to stupid decisions made by management and whatnot.
