With SB on board you really think this is not becoming a Unicorn in 2023 (or 2022 hehehe) ....if Patriot -PMET already is and CXO is a 3x Unicorn ??

Its a TH ...so it's value accretive as you say Rolfy but WR1 should already be half a Unicorn ($500m) IMHO with their incredible high grade spodumene doscovery and everyone in the world Lithium market knows it..... hence why the register is super strong now.

$160m mkt cap is a joke really woefully low. WR1 is PMET at a 90% discount but it may deserve parity such is the upside.

For mine...It's either the acquisition of a sizeable tenement parcel next to WR1 deposits for shares/cash ahead if 007 which they know is a game changer or its a strategic stake from somebody significant who missed the CR and wants in.

It's not PMET bc it says "completion" so it's not M&A. At best it could be a share swap with them. Unlikely.

Likely it's somebody grabbing a stake for a premia or just tenement related with some shares/cash involved but probably just cash as the deal IS done.

Either way company likely to be stronger, bigger, and better come Monday with SB approving it all clearly and he saf knows how to build Lithium Unicorns.
