$1.70 Sale of 5%+ Strategic Stake (non Allkem/PLL) with material benefits - Premia, offtake etc - Missed the CR train and call this "the get me in" option. Still juicy. If it's Defence related it's winner winner chicken dinner.
$2.00 PMET related - various scenarios - possible not probable
$1000 - Outright sale of CR1 just waiting SH approval. (All but no chance. It would be already be announced as a Tender offer / potential change of ownership.
