I couldn't see any detail on a takeover of AZM, so this could still be a live option, here are some of their holdings near PMET and WR1.
Also Midland and others could be in play, not as a takeover but in WR1 acquiring some of their tenements, they seem to be concentrating on gold and CU, so may be happy to offload the Li tenements.
