    Not surprised at the cr announcement but I am bewildered by the 5 thumbs up for it!!! Cap raises are not usually a positive for share prices especially when done at the price of an old boot. Less shares on issue the better. The cr could be to a single investor at 0.5 cents for all we know at this stage. The last cap raise was at 1.6 cents then the price halfed to 0.8 cents.
    It also tells me they can't off load elko to raise funds.
