One thing's for sure, unlike what appears to be a fair amount of the 28 centers recently who were really just channel finance, Gina is unlikely to be interested in a quick 25%. -not after pulling 15 odd billion div out of Roy Hill.
No, she sees a good long term hold here and once again, that's great for existing holders.
