i've said in the past i like ppl raising both sides of the story and highlighting the pay of our top two is a worth while topic, but continually coming back to try and slander the stock is getting pretty old

if it is only a raise for $2.5m they are obviously aware that these current prices are significantly non-reflective of the company value and they are would be looking to raise the majority of the cash in Q1 next year through the 3rd party who may take an equity stake in a project or another avenue
