They are raising another 1m....at 50% of the price of the last raising less than 4 months ago!

By what manner of reckoning can that be a good thing?

I can accept that businesses need more money than they originally anticipated, but why the hell didn't they just raise 5-7 million 4 months ago?

Because they thought the share price would be much higher than 5.2c by now...only it isn't, so they are now issuing twice as many shares for the same shitty little raise

I wonder who had the most to lose from a big dilution?
