TRADING HALT
Xantippe Resources Limited (ASX Code: XTC) requests that a trading halt be placed on its securities
immediately pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement to the market
regarding a capital raising.
The trading halt will end no later than the commencement of trading on Wednesday 7 December 2022.
Xantippe Resources Limited is not aware of any reason why the trading halt on the securities should
not be granted.
