well, i agree its a wool pulling to be saying fully funded, im sure they can dance theiur way around that saying they are acting on updated assessmenst or whatever.
on the upside, it will be funded with plenty of head room so the risk of any more CR to get to production should be extremely minimal.
people have their chance to join in or not, so retail cant complain they were left out.
Also no guarantee it wount be oversubscribed, so that will actually put some restraint on arbitrage.. sure it will pull back a bit ... but dont be surprised if it holds above 1.10 and not all the way back to the SPP price
