If it aint broke why fix it? Just when you think things are going perfectly and the SP is on the move to where it should be, they put the brakes on and and we are back to offers below $1. BGL management are getting into the festive spirits a bit early, drunk with success and praise? Where's the risk to derisk? What risk?
You know the story, too many new people in the same space, means some of them are going to be idiots (given the scarcity of skilled labour) . If 100 people can do a certain amount of work adding extra people can give diminishing returns. Wait for the moral destroying accidents.
