What happens is, COY has cancelled the PNG shares and agreement and they who were issued those/these shares will buy back them back and pay COY $500,000. The just over 400ML shares will be what’s on issue/left over and any shareholder that has bought COY shares in Australia will not be affected because they will only own Australia project/s as soon as shareholder approval is sought. This is my understanding of what has been announced. I own shares in COY, so I should not be affected by it.
