As one analyst just asked... "not long ago the ratio in market cap was about 3 SBM to 1 GMD so why should SBM shareholders accept this deal? And then Andrew Strelein answers with so stuttering dribble. NB. Strelein is the SBM development officer who according to my sorces has been pushing for this deal for some time. Strelein will become the MD and CEO of the spin off Atlantic and Simberi.
