GMD don't have the Dacian mill. The takeover has stalled, and Kin / Delphi have over 10%. GMD have control, but they cannot legally use control to benefit GMD.
KIN are chasing deeper ore under Cardinia, expect to send oxide ore in the short term to DCN mill or Red 5 mill, and are backed by Delphi who have 35% of Kin and have proved to be playing a long game. So takeover of Kin far from easy.
Red 5 mill has huge capacity. I am not sure Red 5 will be an easy mark either.
Depends a bit on how much you buy into the superstar MD hype. Myself, not so much. I am a bit immune to the hyped up language of corporate restructures.
