Dont forget how much drilling was spent by DCN to expand its resource and reserve which was written down as previous Managment that was replaced on 19 Dec 2019 apparently on track for 150K ounces per year  - the new managment since gone suddenly realiseds that its JORC statements were not correct, pruction of 150K ounces per year were not possible and its resource and reserve were based on old JORc Codes and not industry best proactive and had to be written down BIG TIME,,,,,and new management then did many  capital raisings, spent much capital spent on drilling and DCN delivered next to nothing until MR Junk left, presiding over a monster capital loss of close to 200M (lucky he still got paid out in full)



and lets not forget   ----- 50,000,000 COSTS to do this transaction - refer to use of funds

seems to me simply a consolidation of some plants and the capturing of a great many capital and trading losses into one group and of course rewarding many that presided over such capital and trading losses...
