This Shaw and Partners is not very reputable for SBM. I am surprised Shaw and Partners were still around in Australia after all their problems. Shaw and Partners have plenty of history in the bad books of regulators especially given Simon Gray left the firm after the unlisted securities debacle.
Shaw and Partners have had a very chequered history. The Complaints Management Policy appears to be the most visited part of their website. What does that say of a broker if the complaints page is the most visited?
