You're clearly Johnny come lately yourself. People are expressing genuine hurt for losing hard earned here and they have every right to. For the last 12 years the SBM board have destroyed holders with every decision they've made. They've burned through capital like confetti and this "merger of equals" is no different. The reality is SBM is getting only a partial slice in the thing they already own 100%. What exactly is GMD bringing to the table? An average asset with no JORC, a 70% ownership of DCN?
