I think this is a better raise compared to a raise which would come at 1.2/1.3c. Sure thats downhill from a year and a half back but it is what it is. At least the conversion option at 3.5c is a sign of optimism that the share price will be around there or better in a year's time. But again its ASR, it hard to optimistic given the mess they have been since May last year.
