Well that money owed is coming out of Tanzania so no surprises there that shareholders are STILL getting screwed over by these guys.

As for buying a micro on the ASX for the tax losses, I'm pretty sure that's what David Lamm did when he took over ASX - (NGE) (look it up)
Turned it into his personal wealth vehicle, getting paid a ridiculous salary for doing very little.
Seems to be working well for him & his cronies.
